公路车无内胎系统解析

首先要说明一点,无内胎≠管胎,最近总有人傻傻分不清,所以特开此贴科普一下。

        现在公路车轮胎分为三种
        1.开口胎
        2.管胎
        3.无内胎(也叫做真空胎)
        其中无内胎轮组可以使用真空胎和开口胎
        开口胎和管胎大家应该已经很了解了,无内胎的原理就是将空气直接压入外胎中,外胎和轮毂也就是轮圈形成密闭空间。简单来说就是去掉普通轮组上所有的气孔。无内胎一直不普及的最大的原因是消费者对于漏气的顾虑,以至于让厂家将整车中的无内胎轮组中放上了内胎。
        无内胎轮组的好处就是将开口胎和管胎的优点结合了起来,相对于开口胎拥有更高的气压和更低的重量,相对于管胎就是会变得更加耐用。无内胎中也要装入补胎液,原理同管胎。

        以wiggle上的zonda做例子,左边为无内胎版,右边为开口胎版,无内胎版可以兼用开口胎和真空胎,开口胎版只能用开口胎。

            New road tubeless options from Schwalbe, Bontrager and Easton
            While their acceptance is widespread in mountain biking, tubeless tyres are still an outlier on the road. New products are showing promise, though, as a few companies are jumping on the wide-rim bandwagon now. We're seeing more choices for both tyres and wheels, from aero and racy, to durable and reasonably priced.
            BikeRadar recently received some new road tubeless samples from Easton, Bontrager and Schwalbe. While we will deliver reviews on these soon, here are some initial measurements, notes and impressions.
            For starters, while the Schwalbe One tyres went onto the Easton EA90 SLX wheels relatively easily, we broke two tyre levers getting the Bontrager R3 tyres onto the Bontrager Aura 5 wheels. On the plus side, both pairings seated easily using just a floor pump — no air compressor required.

            Still a novel concept for most roadies, tubeless systems are becoming somewhat more widespread for 2014
            Easton EA90 SLX tubeless wheelset - £900
            Part of Easton's newly redesigned 2014 lineup, the EA90 SLX wheels are claimed at 1,400g but tipped our scales at 1,426g (623g front, 803g rear), plus 150g for the pair of quick releases.
            The EA90 SLX hoops get Easton's new Echo hubs, the rear of which features large, wide-set bearings and an inverted driver-ring/pawl configuration.
            We measured the rims at an 18mm internal width and 22.5mm external width.
            The included valve stems do not have a removable core, so we added sealant into the tyre itself before mounting. This isn't the end of the world, but a minor annoyance.

            Schwalbe One tubeless tyre - 49/£79
            The Schwalbe One 25c tubeless tyre is what the German company claims to be its fastest and most durable tubeless road tyre yet — but it certainly is not the lightest. We weighed the 25c tyre at 360g, which is 20g more than the claimed weight. It measured 25.65mm on the Easton EA90 SLX.
            Schwalbe is making this One line in standard clincher and tubular options, as well.
            The new tubeless tyre also comes in 23 and 28c widths.

            Bontrager Aura 5 TLR tubeless wheelset - £499
            The Aura 5 TLR draws on the work Bontrager engineers did on the top-end Aeolus wheels. Here, a 50mm carbon sheath is bonded to an aluminum brake track for most of the aerodynamic performance of the all-carbon wheels at a much more reasonable price. We measured a 18.5mm internal width and 23.2mm at the outside of the brake track.
            The included valve stems have a removable core, giving you the option to add sealant into the tyre itself or through the stem. While not affecting the structural integrity of the wheel, the external carbon flexes in to the touch.
            We weighed our test set at 1,780g for the wheelset (750g front, 960g rear) plus 70g for a pair of rim strips and 140g for the pair of quick releases.
            With 18 front and 24 rear spokes and internal nipples, Bontrager claims these wheels are faster than Mavic's Cosmic Carbone SLs.

            Whether it was the wheels or the tyres, we don't know, but mounting the R3s on the Aura 5 TLRs made us second-guess the whole 'tubeless tyres are much less hassle than clinchers' argument. Time will tell, of course, and in the past we have definitely appreciated tubeless sealant addressing punctures from a piece of glass or a goathead that would otherwise have had us by the side of the road with the wheel off.
            In any event, a 25c R3 tubeless tyres weighed 270g — better than the packaging's claimed 290g. It measured 25.5mm on the Aura 5 TLR.

                在山地车领域无胆胎已经被普通接受,但是在公路车上仍然属于异类,因为在山地车上无胆胎最大的优势是可以使用低胎压来增加抓地力,但公路车的胎压高这个优势就没有了,不过真空胎加入自补液后还可以自动修复一些小的漏洞,这无论对公路车还是山地车都有吸引力,而且没有内胎还能减轻一点重量,外胎的柔韧性也更好。如今公路车真空胎产品也一直被展示出来,还有一些厂商跳到流行的宽轮圈。我们现在可以看到更多的轮胎和轮圈的选择,提高耐用性和可接受的价格。
                最近从Easton、 Bontrager和Schwalbe收到一些全新的公路无内胎系统样品,现来看看都是些什么样的产品。

                虽然对于大多数公路车手来说仍然是个新的东西,不过现在真空胎已经越来越普及了
                首先出场的是世文One轮胎,它装在Easton EA90 SLX轮组上,安装相当容易,同时配套的自补液也非常好用,我们仅仅使用了一个落地气筒就让真空胎安装到位,完全不需要使用气泵。
                Easton EA90 SLX真空胎轮组,价格900欧元

                它使用了Easton 2014产品线的最新设计,轮圈的形状更具空气动力性,使用开口胎的轮圈同时兼容无胆胎,中低端轮组的性价比提高,所以花鼓都完全重新分解设计,提高了耐用性。EA90 SLX轮组一对的重量宣称是1400克,我们实测重量是1426克,前轮623克和后轮803克,快拆重量是150克。

                EA90 SLX使用了Easton最新的Echo花鼓,Echo轴杆上的轴承宽度大幅增加,轴上和塔基上的轴承采用交错的布局,Easton说这样可以提高刚性和耐用性。Echo将花鼓轴承的距离从44mm增加到95mm,而Dura-Ace轴承(滚珠)间距是90mm,DT Swiss是55mm,Mavic是60mm。所有轴承都由Enduro制造,最里面的一颗使用角接触设计,Echo花鼓无需调整预压,出厂就已经设置到最好。
                Echo的棘轮有52齿,旋转角度6.9度,可以快速离合,Echo的花鼓外壳采用了大尺寸锻造加工,工厂压入轴承,两侧花鼓盖带有防水密封圈。在鼓耳上加了钢制加固圈,可以防止辐条张力影响到轴承预压。所有花鼓都兼容shimano/SRAM 9、10或11速飞轮,另外还有CP规格的塔基。
                我们测量轮圈有18mm的内宽和22.5mm的外宽。
                Schwalbe One公路真空胎,49欧元

                Schwalbe(世文)One 25c真空胎是这家德国公司推出的最快速和比较耐用的公路轮胎,但是它真得不算很轻,我们测量了25c轮胎,重量达到360克,这要比它宣称的重量要重20克,在Easton EA90 SLX轮圈上的宽度是25.66mm。
                Schwalbe为One产品线提供了标准内胎或者无胆胎版本,新的无胆胎还提供了23c和28c的宽度。
                Bontrager Aura 5 TLR真空胎轮组,499欧元

                Aura 5 TLR在它们顶级的Aeolus轮组上研发而成,它有50mm高的碳纤外壳还有铝制的刹车边,可以提供与全碳轮组一样的空气动力性能,但是价格要低许多,我们测量了它的内宽是18.5mm,刹车边上的外宽是23.2mm。

                它提供了可移动的气嘴,自补液可以通过气嘴灌入。这个轮组一对的重量是1780克,前轮750克,后轮是960克。快拆重量是140克。由于这个轮组的内部辐条孔不是密封的,因此它还需要安装一条专门的胎垫进行密封,这也增加了一对70克的重量。
                Aura 5 TLR前轮使用18根辐条,后轮使用24根辐条,使用了内置的条帽,Bontrager宣称这个轮组比Mavic的Cosmic Carbone SLS还要快。

                单独评价它不容易,但是将R3s装在Aura 5 TLR轮组上,可以发现真空胎确实比内胎的麻烦更少,时间告诉我们,我们很欣赏真空胎自补液的修补功能,一些小破洞都能自己补上。
                一条25c R3真空胎重量是270克,这要好于包装上标称的290克,在Aura 5 TLR轮组上测量的宽度是25.5mm。

                  最后说一下,最近吧里比较流行25C理论,但管胎几乎没有25C的,这时真空胎不失为一个比较好的选择。

                              真空胎轮组 比同品牌同型号的 开口胎轮组更重,也更贵,省去一条内胎的重量,却又被轮组增加的重量给补回来了,(并且经济上也不合算)

                              再说内胎也有轻的,一条才28克!普通内胎重100克左右(当然你得舍得花钱)如果上这种内胎,开口胎轮组反而可以做到更轻!

                              总而言之就是我个人不看好真空胎轮组。。
