To whom it may concern:
I am writing to complain about the poor post service provided by your online-shopping company.
But at first I have to say, to be honest, I'm a Chinese and my native language isn't English. So, maybe it would be some grammar problems in this mail.:)
____(date)____, I bought a tee with Mirror's Edge logo on it, and paid successfully.The post service what I selected is the cheaper one, about 10USD in shipping. Your website said it would be post to my home in 27 Jue, but you know, I didn't receive it until today(Aug)! No one gave me any phone call, such as post office or China custom. I'm wondered where's my tee? It was lost?
I expect your company to make it clearly and reply to me: where's my tee now? Is it had been losted? If you got where it is, please ask them send it to my home quicklier. If my tee was losted, I would like a refund to my PayPal or re-send a same one.
I look forward to a prompt reply, cuz I will have no time in 2 days later. Thx a lot.
