IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BONUS PROGAM PARTICIPANTS AND LEADERS OF THE COMPANY Dear partners, Administration of the Company would like to attract your attention to the fact that it is obligatory to follow business ethics, provided in the item 2.5. of the Service Agreement. According to that item you, as the Owner of the order, are obliged to: - Non distribute discrediting information about Company, its commodities and services; - Act without causing damage to Company’s and its clients’ activity by advertising of marketing and commodities of competitor companies; Otherwise, according to the item 4.3 of the Agreement, Company has a right to: - interrupt immediately the present Agreement without advance notice; Those measures were taken by the Company towards some of the Clients, including leaders who took the liberty if making public advertisement of other Companies as well as tried to persuade many clients of the ‘Swissgolden’ Company to transfer to those Companies thereby diverting partners from development of gold business within ‘Swissgolden’ Company and damaging its business reputation. ‘Swissgolden’ Company calls upon its clients to bear with Company’s actions towards breakers of the Service Agreement and do not fall for provocations and for false information distributed by the breakers in the Internet concerning allegedly unjust sanctions towards them. SUCCESSFUL GOLD BUSINESS CAN BE DEVELOPED ONLY UNDER CONDITION OF RIGID COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT BY THE BOTH PARTIES.
