关于Wrong Image Format for bootm command ERROR

我现在手头有朋友一台PW2，据说是升级过程中死在大树了，我用TTL连接后也发现存储坏掉的问题，解包过程中中断，且每次进度不一致，扫描发现部分区域坏了。执行erase MMC0后重启只能进UBOOT。
我在考虑换存储的问题，目前的情况是fastboot刷三个镜像进去提示flash MMC1成功，REBOOT后提示 Hit any key to stop autoboot: 0 Wrong Image Format for bootm command ERROR: can't get kernel image!
查了很多资料，没有找到答案！
另外fastboot setvar bootmod diags似乎并没有起作用，又是什么原因？
求高手指点！
