            看起来就是3点比较重要的更新吧
            1是实验性ETA功能放入星舰移动指令是指军事舰队也可以ETA而不用跃迁引擎了吗?(我有点疑惑)如果是的话就是防御工事被大削
            2是鱼雷和导弹又被削了
            3是战争可以不用白和了
            其实这些都不重要!快告诉我2.1.1卡不卡
