钢铁雄心4的改派求助

我在修改红色世界mod 时，为了让法国变为君主制，添加事件，但事件就是显示不出来，控制台输入也没用，我注意到mod中的事件除了用 event news.1 这种格式激活，还可以用 event 3500001这样激活，但我没找到哪里给我自创的事件添加类似的编号
