Sange and Yasha, Basher, Diffusal Blade and Buriza.
I'd say the 3 items above are the main items for plain DPS heroes, because most of them have no stuns/slows, therefore Basher, Diffusal Blade and S&Y can make up for the disadvantage.
Buriza is also a good choice because when your DPS hero is attacking another, there's a high chance that the enemy would start retreating because of your high DPS, so Buriza's critical actually gives you the credit of killing them faster thus the enemy probably wouldn' be able to retreat or run on time.
