楼主19年2月的时候申请MS CS 专业，但后来被denied due to limited space。但SJSU告知我可以换一个专业，然后我发了邮件，请求SJSU换成Computer Engineering，但就在昨天，SJSU又告诉我被denied了，然后它要求我发一封Formal Letter from Applicant和成绩单(非官方的也可以)。
萌新想问，Formal Letter from Applicant是什么？看它的description 是有点类似于outline reasons for initial decision(这个应该是指上诉for reconsideration 的原因？) and a detailed plan for completing the missing requirements(这应该是指我缺交的文件？) 这封Formal Letter from Applicant怎么写？有什么格式，内容，或者是注意事项吗？(楼主在这里还缺一封transcript 没交，打算和Formal Letter from Applicant一起交上去)
