第十三次之《项目经理胜任力的影响因素研究》
摘要：近年来，以项目作为研究出发点的热潮涌现，学者们集中对项目定义、内涵进行了研究，本文在PMBOK给出的项目定义基础上，对其胜任力进行了研究，得到结论：项目经理胜任力的影响因素是14个指标的内部结构，且对每个指标进行了解释，最后发放问卷200余份，验证了结论的正确性与适用性。
abtract：recently，project developed as a center among researchers,researchers produced definition and meaning of project,the article accord to definition of project from PMBOK,gived 14 influence indexes of competence of project manager, and gived explains of the indexs,finally created 200 investigation,proofed correct and profit of the conclusion.
