我申诉的原因在上一个帖子，有兴趣的自行了解谢谢。现在来说一下我申诉的方法以及详细流程。首先收到封禁信息后需要明确①没有在网吧玩过（网吧有可能是那台电脑被封或者之类的问题）②有没有借出账号，借出去的那个人是否可以信任，并且向对方确认是否作弊③有没有改过档④有没有用过三方软件。如果以上四种你都没有，那么你申诉是很有可能成功的。操作步骤如图所示，首先在steam就可以找到官方网址，选择客服，联系客服，就可以在此处单击找到官网地址https://deadbydaylight.com/en。
在页面中选择help选项，在对话框中输入ban，进入图6点击蓝色小图标，会要求你选择你的平台，选择pc/console，再选择ban appeal。等客服回复后，选择你的封禁时间长度，一般需要解封的都是永久解封，所以选择permanent。这时候需要回复steam id输入后要求你回复邮箱账号，都回复之后。会收到官方发来的邮件，表示开始调查你的情况，需要你耐心等待。这时候可以选择回复，在回复中输入以下内容
My account has been permanently banned. I have never used any third-party software prohibited by EAC, nor have I done anything against the rules of the game. I may have been maliciously reported by others. I would like to know the reason why I was banned, and whether you can help me lift the ban, I feel very grateful，thank you very much.
然后在附件中附上你的游戏时长截图还有你的成就截图。等待官方回复，这个过程你可以重复很多次，这个回复的时长大概是一个星期左右，如果有特殊节假日比如圣诞万圣这样的节日，是不工作的，可能会回复的很慢很慢。需要耐心等待。
等你收到官方的回复，基本会甩锅给EAC，说你违反了EAC政策，那么你需要找EAC官方申诉，在网址https://www.easy.ac/zh-cn/中选择support，出现图8，选择联系下面的contract ban appeal出现图9，开始填写信息。
首先在第一个选项中选择dead by daylight.第二步需要验证steam账号，需要一些操作，第三个内容填写你的邮箱，理由选择i didn't cheat，然后再一次输入申诉的内容，这一步一定需要英语可以选择以下话术
