7V1A降压DCDC,3uA降压DCDC,超低功耗降压DCDC TMI3181/A
TMI3181 and TMI3181Aare 1.2MHz switching frequency, 3μA ultra-low quiescent current, current mode buck converter with power good indication function. TMI3181 has a wide input voltage range from 2.5V to 7V. The device adopts peak current mode control, the output voltage can be adjusted from 0.6V to input voltage. It has fast load transient response. The 1.2MHz high switching frequency minimizes the size of external components while keeping switching losses low. It has two operating modes, PWM control and PFM mode switching control in different load condition, and allowing high efficiency over a larger load range.

    随着科技的日益发展,电子产品的体积设计得越来越小,相应的电池容量也越来越受限,所以,电池的续航问题变得越来越重要;且产品的功能越来越全,用到的器件越来越多,整个系统的功耗必然越来越大,如何提升电池的利用率,严重困扰着工程师;因此,器件的静态功耗,成为了工程师选型时需要重点考虑的因素。
    最近,拓尔微电子新推出一款3uA超低功耗7V1A降压DCDC TMI3181/A,可应用于IPC,智能门锁等市场。
