I am a student in Harvard but my hometown is Anhui Hefei. I want to come back to China to finish my study in my beautiful hometown. I heard that Hefei Normal University is the best Speak＆Sing University in Anhui province. Does it need some special requirements for me to apply for Hefei Normal University?
