集聚蛋白(agrin)-肌特异性激酶(MuSK )-缔合蛋白(rapsyn)-乙酰胆碱受体(AchR)稳定有序的串联在一起是神经肌肉连接形成的核心。突触运动神经元释放的集聚蛋白可以使MuSK聚集在一起。乙酰基六肽-30阻止集聚蛋白和肌特异性激酶(MuSK)结合,因此MuSK不能激活以及乙酰胆碱受体β组未被磷酸化,而这两步都是乙酰胆碱受体功能性集聚所必须的。由于乙酰胆碱受体功能性集聚被阻止,乙酰胆碱无法引起肌纤维活动,因此降低肌肉收缩,减少表情纹。
