It looks appetizingly lovely while still on the branch. Very likely, it will be less so when removed from the tree and put in a basket. Can anyone explain why?
Nature is the best harmony, surely much better than peaches in a manmade basket that, though long ago, was ever used for the first basketball game. Any reason to explain this seems extravagant.
