Introducing the Alpha Dominche Steampunk MOD 2.1
The Alpha Dominche Steampunk MOD is a revolutionary modular single-cup brewing system. The Steampunk MOD is available as a two crucible kit, geared for custom bar installations. The custom kit has a under-counter boiler set-up — removing a barrier between the customer and the barista. This modern in-counter system offers a stunning visual display of the brew process, while delivering a quality, custom brewed cup of coffee or tea in a fraction of the time.

The Steampunk MOD-2.1 kit contains two support arms, two crucibles, and a 220V boiler for cafés and restaurants looking for a smaller countertop footprint, and a more compact boiler for under the counter.
Dimensions
A single MOD arm and crucible measure 21.5” inches high, 12” inches deep and 9” inches wide. While dimensions of the Steampunk MOD 2.1 may vary, as the system is customizable to the installation, a standard install — including touch-screen placement — is around 24〃 wide.

The Alpha Dominche Steampunk 2.1 is a revolutionary single-cup brewing system that ensures the most repeatable, flavorful extraction in every cup, brewing up to two cups of coffee or tea simultaneously. Its advanced controls empower baristas to set specific brew parameters for each cup, offering flavor profiles similar to those produced by a range of brew processes – from French press to pour-over – while also uncovering new and exciting profiles you won’t find anywhere else.

The Steampunk 2.1 is about half the size of the Steampunk 4.1, but it’s by no means half the machine. This efficient brewer can produce about 30-40 cups of coffee per hour, and is a great companion for any espresso bar short on space.
