Exhausted…but cannot quit

It's always hard to persist

For a single word, I'll never remember it unless there's a story.But where can I utilize it? Er... Isn't the usage above a little uncomfortable? That's the problem. Having learnt English for twelve years, I still fail to enjoy their literature, due to so many unfamiliar words and phrases. I still can't write a diary in English, because I haven't the ability to express my feeling exactly in another form.
Actually it does take years to understand a kind of language, but am I learning it just for a tool? Li Funing, a prominent English professor in the period of the Republic of China, thought that people should learn to enjoy the charm of English, as a kind of pour language besides mother tongue. Anyway, it's never too old to learn.

Today is the one hundredth day for me to sign in here! Cheer up and keep striving!

Today is absolutely the happiest in recent time.
In the shadow of poor academic results, I nearly lost myself, partly because of the improper expectation and the unstable state of mind. I found myself acting like a puppet at times.
However today, in my 18th birthday, have received so many wishes & presents, I just felt happiness in the air around me.
One year older probably means that I myself should take on more tough challenges. Actually, there is no sense hoping to go back and correct the faults with foresight. As the golden motto in the film TONG MENG QI YUAN goes: Life is a process. It's a pity that it will never start again, while it is a good news that it needn't do that at all.
So cherish the present.

As the TV reality show I'm The Speaker come to an end, I must exclaim that it's really a wonderful one from the very beginning.
2 years ago when Miss Gu first shared a part of one performance with us, I was fascinated with the players' skillful speeches as well as the distinctive style of each tutors. Love and hatred, live and death, family and country, individual ideas and collective awarenesses are all expressed thoroughly to its audience.

Gao Kao is absolutely occupying so much of us , like energy, time, even mind. We give up many other kinds of craze and interests. Really ridiculous, isn't it? However, when I was chatting with my friend, he calmly told me that this provides us with an opportunity to focus on just one simple thing and make it extremely perfect. I pondered the words thoroughly and at that time something warm and cold occupied my mind . Warmth was for another significance of Gao Kao while coldness for what would meet us in the future. Learning general lessons is the purest and beginning part of the whole life, so what about the next? The society is more complicated and challenging, and the last period of middle school can be a transition to strengthen some capacities essential in the future. It's no a waste of time preparing for the exam. After all, we are honing something.
